The Signature Design Process
While every suite is tailored to your event, this process applies to invitations, save the dates, and day-of details alike. Timelines vary based on scope, but I'll guide you based on your needs.
1. Consultation
We’ll start with a discovery call or form to learn about your wedding style, vision, color palette, and must-have details. This helps me tailor every part of the design to you.
2. Proposal
You’ll receive a customized proposal outlining your invitation suite options, print methods, embellishments, and pricing. You’ll be able to see how your investment aligns with your vision.
3. Booking
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll secure your spot in my design calendar with a signed contract and deposit. Then, the magic begins!
4. Design
I’ll create a suite that reflects your story—featuring intentional layout, curated typography, and optional custom artwork. You’ll receive digital proofs and have unlimited revisions.
5. Production
Once approved, your invitations go to print! I handle everything from quality checks to full suite assembly—stacking, sealing, tying ribbons, and more.
6. Delivery
Your completed invitations arrive beautifully packaged and ready to mail. All you have to do is add postage and send them on their way!
